With real estate in his DNA, Taylor has spent a lifetime immersed in the industry. Raised in a family where dinner conversations revolved around the market, he developed an early and nuanced understanding of what drives smart real estate decisions. Today, Taylor brings over 15 years of experience across residential sales, commercial real estate, and development— delivering unmatched insight to clients navigating buying and selling in a competitive market.
Taylor began his real estate journey in 2007 at CBRE as a summer student, confirming his passion for the industry. He formally launched his career in 2010 with MarketVision, a pre-construction residential sales and marketing firm, before gaining commercial experience at Colliers. In 2013, he transitioned into real estate development with MOD Developments, sharpening his underwriting and financial modeling skills.
After earning his MBA in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business in 2015, Taylor joined Great Gulf, a leading international development firm. There, he contributed to marquee projects including One Bloor East and the iconic Forma by Frank Gehry in Toronto, as well as La Clara in West Palm Beach and 1300 4th Street NE in Washington, D.C. He later joined Woodcliffe, an award-winning developer focused on heritage preservation, developing the Watereworks Condominium and Food Hall before returning to Great Gulf to lead the development of 8 Cumberland (Toronto) and the acquisition of 5400 North Flagler (West Palm Beach).
Throughout his development career, Taylor continued to advise friends and family on home purchases and sales—reigniting his passion for the personal side of real estate. Today, as a full- time advisor, he brings that same strategic expertise and design sensibility to every client relationship.
Taylor offers white-glove service to local and international buyers and sellers, with a curated focus on architecturally significant homes, condos, land, and investment properties across the Greater Toronto Area. A lover of architecture, city planning, and interior design, Taylor is also an avid traveler, passionate golfer, and long-suffering Leafs fan.
